Our Story
On this journey that started in 2015 with our Istanbul Corporate Consulting Office in the fields of professional development programs and corporate consulting, we organize seminars for schools and companies, professional support programs for psychology students and free seminars. We serve with our team of 16 experts at the Istanbul Corporate Consulting Office. At our Private Health Service Unit in Antalya, our founder Damla KANKAYA SÜNTEROĞLU provides counseling services face to face or online.

With the integration of technology into our lives, the stress, conflict and pressure we experience in this period are steadily increasing. Consequently, the need for support areas such as work life, personal development and counseling is also growing.

Our Approach
At the Istanbul Corporate Consulting Office we share our knowledge with psychology students in the light of ethical rules and science; and through our work with companies and schools since 2015, we provide dedicated support on many topics such as conflict management, stress management, understanding demands and expectations, developing problem solving skills, and defining and implementing the strategy best suited to the institution's values and goals. At the Antalya Private Health Service Unit, Clinical Psychologist Damla KANKAYA SÜNTEROĞLU carries out her counseling work with her expertise and effective communication skills, guided by confidentiality and ethical rules.
